Sean Acker and Brandon Warren formed Acker Warren, P.C. to provide excellent legal service to the Dallas/Fort Worth community. It is Sean and Brandon’s firm belief that excellent legal service extends beyond the confines of the Courtroom. Building client relationships, delivering effective and prompt communication, and treating each client with respect is immensely important to provide the best legal service possible. Sean and Brandon’s goal is to make sure that you do not feel alone during your time of legal need; we move forward together.
Sean Acker grew up on the family farm in East Texas. Helping to care for the farm taught Sean the hard work and determination that is necessary to be a successful attorney and vigorously defend his clients’ rights. Sean received his bachelors degree In business administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and then went on to attend Texas Wesleyan School of Law (now the Texas A&M School of Law). Sean earned his J.D. in 2009 and was licensed with the State Bar of Texas that same year. Sean has experience in bankruptcy, criminal law, family law, and probate. These broad experiences in the legal field have helped Sean gather a well-rounded understanding of different areas of Law that he often applies today to help his Bankruptcy Clients. Sean has helped thousands of clients solve their financial issues over his 10 years of practice.
Brandon Warren is from Duncanville, Texas and graduated from Duncanville High School in 2007. From there, Brandon earned a business degree from the University of Texas at Tyler, and then moved to Fort Worth to attend Texas A&M School of Law. Brandon found a knack for bankruptcy law, earning a Certificate of Excellence in Bankruptcy from the American Bankruptcy Institute while still in school. Upon graduation and admittance to the bar, Brandon worked as a Bankruptcy attorney in Fort Worth, specializing in Chapter 7 bankruptcy for his firm. There he helped hundreds of clients find debt relief through bankruptcy. In August of 2018, Brandon took the next step in his legal career by forming Acker Warren, P.C. with Sean Acker.
